At Build It Right, we are committed to providing quality building materials and professional construction services. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you need. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your items to initiate a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The item must be in resellable condition (unused, undamaged, and complete).
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Any product that has been made, cut, or altered to size specifically for your unique requirements.
Items that have been opened, installed, or used.
Shipping Costs
Please be advised that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria outlined above. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a standard processing time (24-48 Hours) for the funds to reflect in your account.
